Skillet Biscuits
2 cups self-rising flour
1/2 stick salted butter,
softened
1/2 cup sour cream
3/4 cup milk
Enough oil to cover the
bottom of a frying pan
Cut the butter into the flour
with a pastry blender.
Stir in the sour cream and
milk.
Heat a couple of tablespoons
of oil in a large pan.
Drop the dough by the
spoonful in the pan.
Fry on medium-low heat until
golden on both sides and cooked through.
